Stockholders

Wild Horse Creek, through our partnership with William Woods University Equestrian Sciences, has access to outstanding performance horses.
Consequently, our students develop the responsibility and riding skills necessary to care for and keep themselves and their horse "on top" of their game. 
Horses are especially beneficial for the "high energy" child.  Research at the University of Denver has shown that "integrating animals into a child's life can develop and enhance non-verbal communication, assertiveness, creative thinking and problem solving, leadership, work effectiveness, acceptance of responsibility, risk-taking, teamwork, social skills, confidence and attitude." 
Simply stated "Horse Crazies" are very stable people!

Horse benefits:
Board- Stall with turnout paddock
            Hay
            Student has control over their "own horse" for lessons and shows, or can choose a WHC horse.

Stockholder Only lessons:  

during the summer -

Mondays and show weekends
Tuesday - Friday scheduled throughout the day & special divisions at WHC home shows

school year -

Saturdays  noon and 3 pm
Sundays  1-4 pm    includes Cross Country Course  and  250 acres of private trails

Tuesday and
Thursday   3:30 - 6:30 pm

School Holidays  (some are stockholder only)

Summer Stockholder:
   4-week sessions or all 12 weeks of the summer
  

SHOW TEAM packages:
  2 days / summer week, all summer long      add a week with fun show at the Ranch
  3 days / summer week, all summer long      add a week with fun show at the Ranch
